On Saturday March 16, 2013 my cousin Kristie was killed in a terrible bus accident. She was the head lacrosse coach for an all girls team at Seton Hill University. She was 7.5 months pregnant and also left behind a son. A donation fund has been set up for her son so that her husband can cover expenses for his future. Please, if you can, donate. Any penny is appreciated!

On college lacrosse playing fields up and down the East Coast on Sunday, women’s teams honored the grieving team from Seton Hill University, reeling from a bus crash that killed their pregnant coach, her unborn child and the driver and injured players and other coaches.

I love this picture. This shows how much lacrosse means to people and how they will do anything to play the game. This is what passion is all about.
